Refund policy
As a small business, we are unable to accept returns.
However, we do offer refunds for defective items under the following conditions:
- The item must have a defect or error.
- Photo proof is required and must clearly show the defect.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 5 days of receiving your item.
- Claims made after the 5-day window will not be eligible for a refund.
Please note:
- We do not issue refunds for sizing issues, color variations, or buyer’s remorse.
- Items damaged due to normal wear and tear, misuse, or washing instructions not being followed are not eligible for a refund.
To request a refund, please contact us with your order number and photo documentation of the defect. Once approved, your refund will be processed back to the original form of payment.
